职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To assist the Associate Sales Director to manage the profitable development of the Company’s business with west restaurant channel in Shanghai Area, mainly focus on Chandon, Estates &Wines Portfolio.
To develop and maintain good working relationship with all the outlets assigned.
To achieve the agreed monthly and annual objectives set by the Associate Sales Director
To sustainably develop new outlets and expand distribution.
Regularly scheduled sales calls to review outlet performance, provide insights and actionable solutions to help improve performance.
Ensure maximum facing and display in best position of the Company’s core brands in all outlets in assigned areas.
Ensure the listing of the Company’s core brands in all outlets.
Explore new potential outlets for further development of the Company’s core brands.
Evaluate financial status of customers.
Ensure collections within due date.
To monitor sales performance, marketing activities & market trends and feedback to manager/central office.
Monitor and report the retail price management in all outlets to management.
Monitor and report the competitors’ activities including pricing, promotions and organizational changes to the management.
Provide efficient feedback to the management on all relevant trade information
Ensure promotions are carried out efficiently and effectively within budget.
To manage, evaluate and improve the effectiveness and productivity of the sales team
Seek ways to improve the operational effectiveness and efficiencies in the area.
Coach field staff.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree/Diploma in Business/Marketing or related disciplines.
Good Chinese & English (preferred) communication skills.
3 to 4 years in a business development role related to F&B industry.
Good understanding of marketing and finance.
Knowledge of imported wines and spirits.
Good negotiation skills.
Good personal selling skill.
Good planning skill.
Good presentation skill.
Well organized with good analytical skills.
Good interpersonal skill.
