职位描述


The Manager, Credit to Collections (C2C) will be a key team member driving Working Capital improvement and substantial transformation in the C2C area. The role will provide leadership and oversight regionally, driving improvement initiatives and robust analysis in Accounts Receivables, DSO, Past Dues & Bad Debt. The role will also work with the Finance Leadership to develop a robust operating model, business strategy and support all initiatives focusing on creating a best in class C2C operation. As a strategic leader, the successful incumbent will partner with HBT APAC leadership to drive sustained and continuous improvement in the overall Working Capital Turns metric across all APAC regions.

    

    

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive the Credit and Collections portion of the Strategic Planning process.
Establish C2C governance in compliance with federal, state, local and company regulations and standards.
Implement Honeywell Global Credit strategy by leveraging industry experience, peer network and external benchmarking.
Define regional wise C2C system, process, data and standards; develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational forecast and analysis on regular basis, followed up with actionable plans on both strategy and operations.
Manage monthly, quarterly, yearly targets. Understand the financial impact from C2C activities. Foresee the gap and close the gap.
Oversee the management of workflow and portfolios to drive risk and days in receivables reductions and measure progress.
Partner and influence key members of the C2C process to drive improvements projects around Receivables and related Working capital metrics, ultimately resulting in improved Cash Flow.
Oversee all C2C resources and efforts across the organization and prioritize actions that deliver most value to the business
Work closely with the Working Capital organization, ensure working capital targets are cascaded properly throughout the organization and that there is strong organizational alignment between C2C and working capital.
Ad-hoc projects and analysis as required by senior management

    

                       

    

YOU MUST HAVE

    

·         Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

    

·         At least 10 years of experience in finance roles of progressing complexity

    

·         At least 5 years of experience in leadership role of C2C Functions including but not limited to Billing, Collections, Cash Applications, Forecasting, Coordination, etc.

    

·         At least 1 year of experience managing a regional team

    

WE VALUE

    

·         Master degree or MBA a strong plus

    

·         Proven business acumen in regional or global operations and C2C areas including functional understanding of C2C operations from a corporate/regional/local perspective

    

·         Hands on working knowledge of data analytics using business warehouses, Hyperion, Oracle, Salesforce.com, or Excel.

    

·         Self-driven strategic leader with roll up the sleeve attitude to drive day-to-day operations and lead continuous improvement and transformation

    

·         Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills

    

·         Strong analytical mindset to be able identify issue areas and create roadmaps for resolution and improvement
