Primary Purpose

To monitor Procurement-to-Pay activities as we standardize multiple brand accounting process.

 

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to...

·         Monitor AP process to finish monthly closing activities to ensure the all required actives are done properly prior to closing

·         Complete working paper for balance sheet and submit to manager review per general accounting request in time on monthly basis

·         Complete monthly intercompany reconciliation and settlement for Asia timely to ensure no aged open item or out of balance between every two companies

·         Support supplier setup and modification process, and ensure timely and accurate master data maintenance

·         Support internal and external audit to ensure SOX compliance without deficiency, as well as accounting report accuracy.

·         Well collaborate with business team to provide appropriate finance support.

 

The accomplished individual will possess...

 

·         Diploma in Accounting in Accounting/Finance, good English writing and speaking skill. Japanese speaker is nice to have.

·         At least 3-year relevant working experience with knowledge in SAP/Ariba will be preferred but not required

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

·         Positive attitude and meticulous with an eye for detail

·         Self-motivated, flexible and performance-oriented, ability to work independently and in a team
