Accounting and Reporting

• Review and post team member’s journal entry
• Review and approve Blackbook prepared by team member
• Prepare T&E summary and other necessary internal reports and communicate with  management team
• Ensure store sales and Ecom sales to be recorded correctly and review return reserve calculation
• Review new TR contract payment term with legal and review actual sales and commission calculation for all TR stores   
• Manage gift card for bulk purchase an internal usage and ensure balance of gift card record properly  
• Review payment file and monitor payment run
• Monitor lease administration and lease accounting
• Coordinate local CAPEX project with US FA team
• Work with GL team to complete external audit
• Drive process improvement related to accounting

Inventory

• Overall responsible for inventory management and drive inventory process improvement
• Supervise month-end closing by reviewing inventory ledger and daily inventory adjustments
• Monitor inventory reconciliation for difference among SAP, stores and WMS
• Review LCM reserve methodology and communicate with local and US team
• Arrange all stores and warehouse PI, investigate and follow up discrepancy with relevant parties, and develop PI process improvement 
• Work closely with MP&A and store operations and provide strong support to meet exiting and new business requirements.  

Internal Control

• Maintain a strong and effective control environment
• Implement anti-corruption and SOX review, document SOX review result   
• Work with internal audit team and follow up internal audit issue

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in finance & accounting or equivalent.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in MNCs, over 3 years’ managing experience
• Good command of communication skill
• Excellent English in both oral and written required
• Knowledge of SAP is a must; knowledge of retail accounting is a plus
• Teamwork spirit and can work under pressure
• Flexibility with changes
