Responsibilities

• Execution of GL transactions and processes for all Greater China entities, including accruals, prepayments, provisions and monthly closing under both US and CN GAAP
• All teams’ journal entry review and posting
• Maintain and adjust month end closing checklist and chart of accounts
• Preparing accurate and timely submissions of month end closing reports, that is compliant with statutory regulations and internal policies
• Prepare and review Blackbook, closing binder and FLUX reports. Schedule Blackbook review meeting with US team
• Intercompany communications and confirmations
• Manage statutory audit and support all types of audit
• Drive improvement in closing process and reporting, lead ad-hoc projects to fulfill new business requirements.

Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience in big 4 or 5+ years of relevant experience in MNCs with over 2 years’ managerial role
• Excellent English in both oral and written required
• Good demand of communication and management skill
• Knowledge of SAP is a must; knowledge of retail accounting is a plus
• Can work under pressure and overtime would be necessary during closing period
