Primary Purpose:

Current Sr. Analyst, Account Service for Asia & Middle East Coach Wholesale Customers will be internal transferred, so need to hire a backfill for this position.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Stock Administrator to…

·          Order management for Asia & Middle East Wholesale Customers: create, changes, cancel, add and etc.

·          Asia & Middle East Wholesale Customers orders delivery & loading split to Coach Asia Distribution Center

·          Closely work with warehouse, forwarder, customs broker team to make sure shipment on time departure.

·          Communication: with multiple business partners regarding order and shipment, mainly including Customers, Sales team, Coach International Operation team, Finance team, Trade compliance team, Logistics team

·          High standard execution for month end, quarter end & year end to make sure we can achieve the target

·          Urgent orders follow up from inbound to outbound

·          Reporting & analysis

The accomplished individual will possess...

·          Bachelor degree, customer service, order management or related field preferred

·          3-5 years’ experience required

·          Customer focus sense and team work spirit

·          Detail oriented, able to drive results and highly committed to work

·          Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

·          Strong office software skill, especially excel

·          SAP or account service experience is a plus

·          Ability to work in fast paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
