Key Responsibilities:

 

？  Department & tenancy stores

·         Daily operation tracking and monitoring for retail business in stores

·         Reconcile sales revenue with landlord and ensure invoicing and payment receipt are done timely.

·         Provide variance report, expense control and explanation.

·         Cash application and account reconciliation.

·         Review AR aging, work close with landlord & BD team on overdue balance to achieve DSO target<60 days

·         Handle monthly and quarterly AR close, drive process standardization and simplification.

 

？  Reporting

·         AR & OR aging; BS of AR part and other required report for analysis purpose

·         Handle other AR process according to company SOP

·         Support Internal/external audit and AR relate projects

 

Education/Qualifications:

 

·         7-year working experience or more in Accounting/Finance

·         Knowledge of accounting principles (Basic Bookkeeping experiences)

·         Experience in SAP, Excel Skills (pivot, vlookup)

·         Business level of English

·         Ability to work well in team environment and diversified culture

·         Experience in FMCG/Retail industry is preferred

·         6 month short-term
