店长：

主要职责：

1、 负责店铺人事管理（包括工作及人手分配、督导及培训下属、建立团队）

2、 监督及控制店铺业务运作

3、 销售产品、维护品牌形象及提供优质顾客服务（包括接待顾客、解答顾客查询、处理投诉及提供售后服务等）

4、 管理存货（包括盘点、控制存货及存货与销售分析等）

5、 整理分析销售资料予有关部门作为撰写市场及销售策略之参考

职位要求：

1、 三年或以上店铺管理经验，有国际品牌背景优先

2、 具备高度的责任心及店铺人员管理理念，主动性强并能承受工作压力
