工作内容：

- Conduct and assist experimental tests and relevant activities including set-up of test bench, test monitoring, test data processing and test report compiling

- Conduct management, maintenance and calibration of equipment for CR Electric Powertrain Test Lab and Power Electronics Lab, 3D printer, automatic dispenser, oscilloscopes, test benches, etc.

- Management and maintenance of facilities, personal protection equipment (PPE), power tools, tool boxes, lab consumables, etc.

- Coordination with infrastructure, service and other departments (facility, purchasing, HSE, IT, etc.) for supporting functions of the lab

- Assist purchasing of lab machinery and equipment, lab tools and consumables

- Prepare and update documents related to EHS and MAE

- Identify and manage risks, and promote awareness about EHS and 5S

任职条件：

- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, electrical engineering, or related majors

- At least 1-year laboratory management experience in laboratory and hands-on experience in mechanical field.

- Initiative and self-motivated, very good team work and communication skills

- English for documentations, email writing and basic oral communication
