职位描述
1、收集和识别客户需求，形成需求报告，对外作为项目技术窗口；
2、从技术角度对客户需求可行性分析，并确定方案；
3、从系统架构、硬件功能实现、性能指标等多个方面明确产品设计规格，形成完备的产品定义文档；
4、组织硬件方案制定，包括主功能器件选型，信号处理流程梳理等，指导硬件工程师进行项目开发；
5、 协调相关部门及时有效的解决开发过程中出现的系统工程问题；
6、进行客户技术支持，了解客户的整机系统架构，提出其中的问题点和风险点；
7、了解行业相关技术的发展趋势，并为将新功能、新技术在未来项目中的导入提供创意和技术支持；
职位要求：
1、本科以上学历，4年以上工程师经验；
2、熟悉硬件，软件，测试等整个项目开发流程；
3、熟悉常用的USB，MIPI,SPI,LVDS, EDP，HDMI,PCIE,以太网,传感器，触摸屏，电源系统等电路，精通各种电路设计；
4、熟悉各类元器件的应用，对外围扩展IC如HUB, 充电IC，视频转换芯片等有所了解，根据客户的需求，能及时找到相应的器件方案；
5、对通信行业有一定了解，有车载TBOX， 车载中控台，POS机，收银机,无线路由器产品开发经验者优先;
6、具备较强团队合作意识和优秀的协调沟通能力；
7、具备较强自我任务及时间管理能力，同时应对多项复杂任务；
8、英语听说读写能力较强者优先, 适应国际、国内出差。
