Main duties

  

Manage and achieve budgeted sales, profit margin, direct expenses and operating profit for the stores.

  

Ensure corporate strategy and goals are understood and that all stores work within these guidelines and towards the achievement of overall business goals.

  

Develop good external relations, promoting the Brooks Brothers image with other organizations; establish and maintain a high level of contact with host store management as appropriate (lease department, concession).

  

Monitor and take appropriate action on all customer service enquiries; handle and solve customer complaints in a professionally way to reach customer satisfaction; adhere to the laws and uphold Company policy.

  

Ensure that all store personnel maintain a high standard of customer service, developing customer loyalty, with a store ambience, staff and store presentation which totally reflects and fulfils the Brooks Brothersimage.

  

Proactively assess the local trends and product offer by competitors; communicate findings with Sr. Sales & Operations Manager in order to influence future product mix and quantities.
