Project Plan：

进行成本分析、准备报价、调动相关资源支持额外的服务

Prepares cost analysis, requests for quotation and relative resources to support extra services

就报价的细节与客户进行磋商、谈判并最终确认

Negotiates and confirms with client on the details of quotation

根据需要签署额外服务项目协议

Signs project agreement on extra services if necessary

根据项目的协议或报价以及客户的要求制定项目实施计划

Designs project plan according to the Agreement or Quotation or client specific requirements

确保项目计划、任务完成、预期，保证项目交付状况

Keeps accurate project plan, task completion, forecasts during the project delivery phase

项目实施：
Project Execution：

按计划实施项目，同时合理控制质量、工期、成本、安全

Ensures the project is delivered according to the plan and well controlled on quality, timeline, cost and safety

与综合设施管理经理协作合理地利用现场的资源等，尤其是独立实施的项目

Coordinates with IFM Manager to leverage the resources, especially for self-perform projects

在项目实施过程中，如有变动或增项，及时提交项目变更确认函给客户

Provides project change confirmation letter to client timely when there are changes or increase of items during the project implementation

客户关系：
Client Relationship：

在综合设施管理经理的支持下，保持与客户的紧密关系，了解客户项目计划

Keeps closely working relationship with client for understanding their project plan with the support from IFM Manager

通过与客户的接触以及日常巡检，洞悉客户潜在的服务需求，主动提出恰当的项目解决方案

Be sensitive to client potential service requests during approach and daily inspection, proactively provides suitable project solutions

准备及提交项目提议、计划和进程报告

Prepares and presents project proposals, plan and progress reports

及时与客户沟通项目实施过程中的进展或变动

Communicates with client in time on the progress or change of project

任职要求
Qualification & Requirements

本科及以上学历

Bachelor degree and above

5 年以上设施维护维修管理或相关项目管理工作经验

5 years and above of experience in facilities maintenance management and related field
