职位描述

Title: Service Business Development Manager of Process Automation Division

Location: Beijing/Shanghai

Tasks:

As BD manager, the ultimate mission is to make Schneider Electric Process Automation Service as an Industry Services Trusted Advisor in the market, on a day to day basis, the person needs to drive our sales team to grow Process Automation service business within China region. Detailed tasks include:

  • Develop service business plan with clear vision, ambition, growth engine analysis, local business model and pragmatic action plans on the installed base market(not only limited to SE installed base).

  • Drive the business plan implementation within the organization including communication, implementation, performance monitoring & improvement.

  • As the PA China service offer owner(including digital service offer) and service process owner, making sure that our offer (product, software, skills, infrastructures) is well communicated to the market and our process serves for the best of our customers.

  • Support Sales in Major Service Pursuits (Sales strategy, Value proposition, Influence)

  • As a focal point, making sure we leverage the global resource in PA and the local resource within Schneider China service organization to serve our local service business model.

  • When it is concerned or when it comes to, support central team to identify/work on/complete acquisitions or partnerships ,able to accelerate the growth for the Region

  • In terms of work scope, this position will cover both DCS and PLC market with a primary focus on/upon this stage in PLC, for modernization projects, migration projects, recurring services and advanced services


    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above

  • 8+ years related working experience, preferred experiences in end user automation solutions, control systems and industrial service business. Knowledge in both Heavy Process and Hybrid/Discrete Process Industries would be an advantage.

  • Knowledge in Sales Process and Service business model.
