职位描述
1. 负责产品投入产出的分析及优化，牵引产品线做好研发产品投资决策及研发资源布局；
2. 负责产品成本分析及优化，与产品成本专员密切配合完成产品年度降成本目标；
3. 开展新产品研发项目财经管理工作，制定产品线ROI基线，项目立项Kick off时概算出项目整体投入、产出ROI，提供给管理决策团队决策哪些项目优先立项(投入研发资源)、哪些项目暂缓、哪些项目不做；
4. 项目一旦决策立项，需在研发过程通过项目预算、核算、决算跟踪(加概算为财经四算管理)，有效控制项目实际支出费用，同时跟踪管控产出风险（如市场需求变动风险）、及时上报决策项目是否继续投资；
岗位要求：
1.大学常日制本科以上财经管理、会计类专业毕业；
2.三年以上通信、电子行业财务分析、总账经验；
3.熟悉账务处理、财务分析方法及工具，具备较强的Excel处理能力；
4.具有优秀的学习能力，敢于挑战新领域；
