职位描述
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB:
?Responsible for forecast accuracy, monitor results on both monthly and quarterly base, take necessary action to improve forecast accuracy.
?Based on business target, execute regular sales forecast, and Promotion campaigns Sales Forecasts.
?Managing the supply schedule, creating and expediting purchase order, highlight potential supply risks and resolve.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Focus on critical items and generate updated demand plan.
?Analysis the market trends, sales trends and product performance to adjust forecast.
?Drive the monthly Pre-D-Meeting and D-Meeting as required by monthly calendar, keep close communication with Sales & Product team, narrow the gap between sales forecast and OP, highlight the big gap and issues.
?Maintains demand plan in SAP system and ensures accurate disaggregation for area of responsibility.
?To communicate with CS, sales, marketing and finance actively.
?Liaise and place purchase orders on suppliers in line with demand requirements, MOQ, etc.
?Regularly review and recommend safety stock settings to support service and inventory targets
?Place purchase orders to suppliers and maintain accurate delivery information in the system (SAP)
?Communicate supplier delivery shortages to the internal parties
QUALIFICATIONS:
?Bachelor degree.
?Fast learner, strong analytical skills.
?Strong collaboration capability, good communication skills.
?Demonstrate initiative, high sense of responsibility.
?Fluent spoken and written English.
?>3 years of relevant procurement experience.
?Experience in SAP system is preferred.
