重庆审计及鉴证交付中心
The Regional Audit Delivery Centres (RADC) in Chongqing were developed to support Audit and Assurance engagement teams with the completion of Audit processes and engagement support administrative activity as part of the wider Audit Transformational Change Programme. As one of four RADCs which is designed to support teams across the engagement lifecycle of an audit process through performing standard audit tasks in work packages and providing a range of support services to reduce the levels of administrative work placed on practitioners, support more efficient and cost effective working practices, whilst ensuring quality standards are maintained and improved. The activity undertaken within the Centres will evolve as they become embedded into the audit life cycle and as Deloitte Way Workflows are launched and implemented. Chongqing RADC's current service scope includes mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and will support Asia-Pacific business in the future.

Job Description and Responsibility
This role provides an exciting opportunity to work in an International organisation in our Audit Delivery Centre in Chongqing. This role is key in supporting our Member Firm Client Facing Teams with the execution and delivery of our audit engagements. The work you will undertake is pivotal in supporting the business to drive through improving effectiveness in the end to end process. You will be working as part of a team working on distinct activities that form part of the end to end audit process and will be supported by experienced and highly skilled practitioners.

• You will be working within set processes, procedures and guidelines, therefore the role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail with a core focus on delivering a great service. Your role will be to deliver efficient, reliable and cost-effective activities in support of our engagement teams and to deliver these at a high quality and standard. We foster a culture of continuous improvement so we will rely on you to work with your team to suggest best practice initiatives that can benefit your stakeholders and the customer. You will have the opportunity to develop and advance both your technical and soft skills through our structured training and development plans. Our process includes EMS and Audit Related such as EMS roll forward including TB and individual working papers, breakdown of Accounts, populate or cross check populated financial statements, Consolidation or Disclosure Notes, Cash Flow Statement, Sanity Check, GFSI, JET, Reporting, ACC, and Deloitte Way Workflows etc.

• Performing audit-related activities as part of delivery of high-quality audits of financial statements.

• Pre-processing of information (financial data, accounting records and financial statements, etc.) necessary for each audit phase.

• Preparing audit documentation in Deloitte audit software to support the audit teams.

Qualifications:

• University student of any faculty (Bachelor’s or above degree).
  本科及以上学历，不限专业。


• One or two years experiences in CPA firms with good level of auditing knowledge (or equivalent) or rich accounting experience is preferred. Certification of CICPA, HKICPA is desirable and other CPA is preferred.
  具备一年或两年会计师事务所审计或丰富的财务相关工作经验优先。拥有注册会计师证，香港注册会计师及其他地区注册会计师证书者优先。


• Fluent in English; Good analytical skills; Good communication skills;
  具备一定英语水平（CET4或以上）；良好的分析能力、沟通能力。


• Systematic approach to work and ability to prioritise workload under pressure;
  具备在高强度高压力下安排好工作的能力。


• Attention to detail, with a sense of responsibility and delivery of results;

• Good command of the Microsoft Office package (mainly Excel and Word);
