职位描述
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
· Complete deliverables, provide technical supports to ensure products are delivered within quality and timeliness objectives under acceptable productivity.
· Support multiple fulfilment processes and customized deliverables for customer orders and/or customer-facing applications.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Provide external D&B customers support via email, phone and other electronic medium
· Assist external D&B customers through technical solutions and software functionality, ranging from explanation of installation steps, basic setup, configuration and product navigation
· Interface with D&B team members/technical partners to provide guidance regarding requirements definition and/or issue resolution.
· Document customer issues, resolution steps and perceptions for analysis and reporting to product management and development
· Ability to quickly identify and fully diagnose and resolve software problems reported by external D&B customers
MAJOR PROBLEMS / CHALLENGES:

- How to ensure the implementation on time
- Working closely with Sales and fulfilment team to deliver high quality solution to customers and provide insights to team for product enhancement from customers’ point of view.
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIP:
· Internal:
- Closely cooperate with sales team to learn more about the customer’s needs.
- Closely communicate with global technical team to solve the problems
- Train D&B members on technical issues
· External:
- Actively communicate with customers, learn their requirement and provide technical solutions.
COMPLEXITY:
Routine work which calls for little problem solving.
Problems usually referred to supervisor for solution.
Deals with routine problems but refers unusual problems to manager.
Deals with unusual problems as well as routine problems.
Deals with problems including those relating to personnel.
ACCOUNTABILITY:
Close supervision with frequent and detailed instructions.
Work within structured guidelines on most duties. Makes some decisions, refers only unusual problems to supervisor.
Under general direction with specific objectives are given. Make most decisions.
Works independently and uses own judgment for most decisions. Responsible for some planning.
Accountable for the actions of those supervised as well as for own actions.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
· Computer Science degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years of experience in technical support or pre-sales support.
· Able to work independently
· Good reading/written in English
· Strong problem solving skills and time management skills.
· Matured, patient, proactive and self-motivated
