岗位职责：

1、依据公司招聘流程、用人部门发布的招聘需求开展招聘工作

2、各个渠道招聘信息的发布、更新、拓展

3、简历筛选、电话邀约、初试甄选、复试安排

4、员工入职手续的办理

5、各个招聘渠道的优化及有效性分析

6、招聘效果分析总结、完成相应招聘报表

7、跟踪评估各类人才的使用情况。更新和维护人才库

8、完成经理交代的其他事宜

岗位要求：

1、男女不限、至少有1-2年招聘工作经验

2、工作细心、责任感强，具有一定分析能力

3、性格开朗、沟通能力强、具有一定抗压性
