主要责任：

  

1.与KL Billing团队紧密合作，确保及时准确地开具税务发票并及时邮寄给客户

  

2.负责联系税务局进行税务空白发票申领、红字发票作废发票的开具和其他发票相关工作

  

3.与SBS的前端和后端团队合作，比如：马来西亚的Billing部门、收款部门，中国的订单管理部门、调度部门、财务部门以及其他相关职能部门，以解决开票的问题和争议?核查并进行月末开票差异表，以满足当地税收要求

  

4.负责税务发票扫描并归档至SAP；发票号码回写至SAP

  

5.分配的其他相关职责

  

  

工作要求

  

1.大专以上学历; 最好是会计或税务专业。

  

2.至少1年相关工作经验。

  

3.具备会计基础知识，特别是增值税法规的相关知识

  

4.良好的英文阅读和写作能力

  

5.良好的Excel技能

  

6.积极乐观，耐心细致，有良好的沟通技巧，有创新精神
