工作职责:

KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:

1.Understanding IT service management procedure

2.Experience in group IT operation management

3.6Sigma knowledge background and implementation management experience

4.Understanding of IT Infra setup including Network environment setup, IDC build, server farm setup, enterprise platform operation methodology etc.

5.Familiar with user experience methodology, identify deficiencies and coordinate project team analysis until resolution.

6.Track record of delivery medium to high risk projects while meeting delivery, quality, and compliance standards

7.Solid project management, organization, and team collaboration skills.

8.Excellent facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills.

9.Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability

10.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese

11.Using MS Project, PowerPoint and Visio as the working tools

任职资格:

1.5+ years of working experience as project manager, with track record of delivering complex IT projects with various work streams

2.2+ years pharmaceutical, medical and health industry large system implementation project management experience including but not limited to LIMS/ELN/EMS/MES/WMS, etc.

3.Have large enterprise system implementation project management experience including but not limited to ERP, OA, HR, Lync, VDI system or equal project management experience is preferred.

4.Rich vendor management experience

5.Chemical / Pharmaceutical industry R&D working experience is preferred
