Senior Legal Specialist/Assistant Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:

Contract Review & Legal Research:

- Reviewing and processing a variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to outdoor marketing, admin, training & event service, retail operation, IT, etc.;

- Ad hoc legal consultancy to business stakeholders on legal issues in daily business operation;

- Conduct the legal research and translations on various topics.

IP Protection:

- IP infringement web monitoring and data analysis;

- Test buy & authentication;

- C&D letter, enforcement support.

General Corporate:

- Responsible for store branch setting up/closure, corporate and branch licenses update, maintenance and annual inspection (with the support of license agent if needed);

- Manage and keep company stamps of all legal entities and stamp of legal representative in the region; Responsible for implementation company seal application policies;

- Keep physical filing of hard and original copy of legal documents. Implement borrow or reference check procedure in accordance with relevant policies within company. E-filing of legal documents.

Requirements:

- Bachelor of law degree from a well-recognized PRC law school, overseas education is a plus but not must.

- At least 3-5 years hands-on experience in a reputable law firms or MNC (preferably in the retail industry).

- Good written and spoken English.

- Proactive, efficient and a good team player.
