Primary Responsibilities

1. Be fully compliant with corporate policy, strategy, and procurement strategy and practice
2. Be responsible for day to day procurement operation work, e.g. PO execution, RFx, contract supporting and management, payment assistance.
3. Be able to perform market research, especially for IT category;
4. Be able to perform commodity investigation and negotiation with supplier across RFx and contracting stage;
5. Be dedicate to procurement initiatives and targets, e.g. efficient purchase and operation plan, saving contribution, process and compliance adherence, client satisfactory;
6.  Be able to support procurement data analysis by utilizing general tools/applications
7. Other duties as assigned by procurement leaders

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree.
2.  At least 3 years of procurement experience, IT category is a plus.
3. Good English communication skills.

4、    Good command of computer experience - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

5、     Well client oriented communication and support

6、     Good sense of self-driven and self-dedication

7、     Ability to work in a fast paced environment of continuous change and challenges.

8、     Working experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry
