PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Design management independently to align with global guideline, from tender to construction drawings;
2. Supervise and control the overall FRS project management including construction, cost control, material, contract administration and project budget management;
3. Oversee the performance of the appointed contractor to ensure compliance with the GC/FC/AC contract and a successful project completion;
4. Provide close supervision over the whole process of fitting-out and E&M/AC/FC works, such as carry out site surveys, Monitoring and coordinating with different internal & external parties to achieve an agreed scope of work schedule;
5. Ensure the completed project within the approved budget, timeline, quality standard as well as complying with all relevant local regulations.
6. Build and maintain good relationship with all business partners.

REQUIREMENTS 

1. Bachelor/degree graduated, interior design or related major.
2. Strong design planning skills; 
3. Good communication skills;
4. Independent  project management;
5. Good skill CAD/photo-shop/Office;
6. English(spoken/written) is preferred;
7. Sporty/team building/honest/passionate personality.
