RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Continuously develop various recruiting channels to meet increased challengeable recruiting needs.
2. Consult with Business Owner to well identify and organize the content of Job responsibilities and requirements to effect recruiting result.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. At least 3 years recruiting experience in multi-national company, IT industry is preferred.
2. Solid skill to search and evaluate recruiting channels for different kind & level of positions.
3. Seasoned interview skills, and can design interview questionnaire for various of positions
4. Good English Communication skill. CET-4 is a must.
5. Result driven and good scheduling skill
6. Strong communication skill and interpersonal skill.
