JOB BASIC INFORMATION

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To be in charge of Interior Decoration or Mechanical Engineering Budgetary ;

Cost estimation and analysis to support bidding;

Contract negotiation with client on behalf of DC project delivery prospect.

REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES (Please list the main regular responsibilities of the position)

Sourcing main DC facility equipment and material cost, specially in Interior or Mechanical;

Risk assessment and cost analysis;

Contract deliver T&C or SOW negotiation

KEY RELATIONSHIPS (With whom, to resolve what problems, with what responsibility)

INTERNAL: with Sales and PM/Design team, to win a bid and sign a contract, by analyzing cost and supporting sourcing

EXTERNAL: with Client, T&C negotiation

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Take CR as reference)

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Degree: Undergraduate or bachelor’s degree

Major: Interior Decoration, Construction, Mechnical

Target university: none

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Target industry and company: Datacenter or Engineering related company

Experience (years, and focused field): 5 years and above

OTHER REQUIREMENTS (Such as age, language, computer skills, etc.)

Language: English/Chinese

Computer: normal

Summary of value of job responsibility & degree of its influence on business results

Understand cost generation in the project;

Understand DC or facility equipment market cost and pricing, an quickly estimate DC project construction Budget to support sales make decision;

Familiar to Chinese engineering budgetary mechanism, Budgetary license is preferred, supporting DC engineering works in different region around China;
