Operation Executive JD
- Citrix system maintenance
- create and follow up the orders and documents
- daily sales report, monthly sellin and sellout analysis
- answer all the after service relevant calls and reply customers’ query
- WALK IN customers reception, collecting customers’ personal information and follow up all the watch maintenance process
- all the after service relevant issue (including quotation, contacting the customers and arrange the watches express)
- inventory management of watch boucle, movement and all the repair parts
- weekly repair report and sales report update and analysis
- communicate with the watch makers and place on line order in time
