工作描述/ Brief description of service:
Work with secretary to senior country manager to provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical service to the branch management.
1. Secretarial Support to Senior Management
Provide full spectrum of professional secretarial and personal support to Branch Manager
Prepare various correspondence, teleconferences/ reports, minutes and presentation materials in a professional manner and a good sense of priority;
Maintain senior managements’calendar, including scheduling and organization of meetings
Arrange the meeting room & equipment once received the notice from SCM/regional/head office, remind attendees before meeting starts.
Company Legal Document application and renewal
Arrange the committee meeting room & equipment after received the notice from regional/head office, remind attendees before meeting starts.
2. Communication
Make sure all company graphic be updated with bank standard
Follow up on company events and employee activities at branch level
Company Goodies Inventory and client gift preparation
3. Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned from time to time
技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
1. University degree with secretary or assistant internship
2. Good command in English and Chinese, both written and oral
3. Proficient in MS Office applications, like MS Excel, Word, PPT
4. Cheerful, positive, energetic, proactive with good interpersonal skills and able to get along well with peers
