工作职责:

1. Lead a scientific team for planning, prioritizing and executing strategies for establishment of a viral vector platform.

2. Supervise and support the team scientists to achieve the objectives.

3. Manage projects and communicate with clients.

4. Coordinate internal and external collaborations.

5. Involve in business development

6. Strive to enhance team performance through effective management of the resources.

7. Document scientific findings and involve in writing patents and articles.

任职资格:

1. Ph.D. in virology, vaccine or other relevant major with >5+ years working experience in viral vector related researches in industry or academic institutes.

2. A broad and integrated knowledge of gene therapy, oncolytic virus and/or vaccine.

3. High motivation to embrace new technologies and tools.

4. Hands-on experience in virology, molecular and cell biology assays and viral vector constructions.

5. Proven track record of scientific publications on gene therapy, vaccine discovery and novel technologies.

6. Good management, excellent communication skills and team work spirits.

7. Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and Chinese.
