§   参与景观项目的各个设计阶段，配合总监/资深设计师/项目经理在项目进度计划内独立完成设计和制作，包括概念，方案和扩初文本设计的制作。

§   必要时参与客户的汇报或交流会议，协助完成会议纪要及跟进设计调整的图纸深化；

§   项目建造期间，参与施工现场考察并协助项目经理完成设计调整跟进工作。

§   基于项目的需求，以项目经理助理的角色协助项目经理完成设计任务或必要的客户联系工作。

§   Providelandscape advice on planning, design and implementation of landscape work inresidential, commercial and public space projects.

§   Developsdesign plans in response to technical problems posed by a project’s scope.Develops innovative solutions to problems that effectively address the social,legal, and economic implications of the physical form.

§   Provideproject or task management to develop landscape design and planning conceptsand translate them into clear and compelling graphic images.

§   Preparelandscape designs, supervise the implementation of works contracts, superviseperformance of consultants, carry out landscape related studies and research.

§   Frequentlymeets with clients in decision-making role.

Demonstrates ability to organize and lead supportingdesign team.

§   提供住宅、商业和公共项目景观工作的规划、设计和实施建议；

§   有独立的项目分析能力，配合总监/资深设计师完成项目前期相关分析（现状，案例等分析）。

§   熟练运用AutoCAD，Photoshop，Illustrator, SU, InDesign等专业绘图软件来发展设计，并制作高品质的平,立，剖面图，效果图及模型；

§  Flair for design and stronggraphic and illustrative capability

§  Promising portfolio of builtwork which demonstrates technical capabilities.

§  Experience working on medium tolarge-sized international projects.

§  Excellent design,visualization, and graphic skills.

§  Proficiency in AutoCAD andAdobe Creative Suite software packages.

§  Proficiency in MS Office Suiteas well as overall strong computer proficiency.

§  Strong conceptual abilityhighly regarded.

§  Strong communication andinterpersonal skills essential.

Fluency in English andMandarin required.
