Summary: Required to responsible for the system improvement, declaration and approval, testing, integration.

Job Responsibilities

-Be in charge of the daily system maintenance, including following up the system bug, optimization, change version of the decision, etc. and relevant UAT work.

-Collect and evaluate the reasonability of system requirement, and communicate and discuss with relevant IT and developers.

-Arrange the projects/system requirements implementation reasonably

-Follow up the development and test plan of projects/system requirements to ensure the online implementation as scheduled.

-Calculate and edit PID/ROI of the system declaration of credit team.

-Prepare UAT of System improvement and change version of the decision.

-Explain the improvement part of the system to the team member.

-Familiar with all the operational process of the credit team, capable to play the role of CC, booking or CA when necessary.

-Other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor or above, major in economics/computer/information management or relevant fields.

-Preferential considering the candidate with 3-4 years working experience in Auto-finance industry or got solid knowledge of the industry, familiar with all the section of credit business.

-Master the Office software such as Excel/PPT.

-Logical thinking, strong analysis and innovative capability.

-Good communication skills and team spirit of cooperation.

-Fluent in both spoken English and written English.

-Priority to IT background

概况：

该职位要求负责零售信贷团队的系统改进、整合及立项、申报、测试工作。

岗位职责：

-负责系统的日常运维，包括跟进系统故障、优化、决策换版等，并负责上线前UAT测试等工作

-收集、评估各团队需求的合理性，与相关技术及开发人员及时沟通、讨论

-合理安排各项目、需求的上线计划并根据优先级进行处理

-跟进项目、需求的开发及测试进度，并确保按时上线

-负责信贷团队系统项目的申报工作及PID/ROI的撰写、计算及答疑

-负责就系统改进内容向团队成员进行说明讲解

-掌握所有的信贷团队操作流程，在需要时可以作为任何一个助理、审批、放款角色

-上司安排的其它工作职责

岗位要求：

-金融、计算机或信息管理类相关专业本科或以上学位

-至少3-4年在汽车金融相关行业经验或知识，熟悉信贷业务各环节的所有流程

-熟练掌握各类Office软件，如PPT、Excel等

-逻辑思维能力强，具有一定的分析判断能力，善于创新

-优秀的沟通和团队合作能力

-英语读写流利

-有技术背景优先
