We are currently seeking an Assistant E-commerce Manager who will report to a Head of E-commerce in Kering Eyewear China

Your opportunity

The potential candidate will capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.

How you will contribute

·        E-Commerce Business Development

a) Develop e-Commerce business model including customer development, mechanics, logistics, marketing, sales, delivery and after-sale customer services, for e-Commerce Channel, focus on vertical platforms;

b)  Co-lead E-Commerce promotion calendar with customer, use various promotion matrix to leverage brand equity and sales outcome

c)  Work closely with SDV and marketing team to allocate /maximize the use of resources and to ensure effective support of E-commerce sales and promo

d)  Sales data and web data analysis to support e-commerce decision making

·        E-Marketing & CRM

a)  Plan and execute online marketing programs and integrated with offline and CRM campaigns

b)  Develop and implement new initiatives and partnership to increase traffic on brand website, and also to increase sales on e-Commerce site

c)  Integrate internet platform as part of overall brand strategy, and enhance brand’s prestige presence and uniqueness through various online activities

d)  Integrate online platform with CRM programs and work closely with offline CRM teammate and CRM agency

·        E-Distributor & Authorized E-Tailors Management

a) Work closely with distributors (Vertical platform E-Dealer) for Website Design, Operation coordination, Inventory and Supply Chain management

b) Regular communication with Authorized E-Tailors (Non-Flagship Store) for Design guideline, Promotion plan, Price and Data management

Who you are

·        At least 5 years working experience

·        E-com experience must

·        E-Distributor Management preferred

·        Bachler Degree

·        Strong commercial attitude and result-oriented mindset;

·        Fluency in English and Mandarin.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Fast-learning and enthusiast team player

We are currently seeking a Junior Brand Manager who will report to a Senior Brand Manager as part of our dynamic Global Mktg HQ in Milan.

Your opportunity

You will be responsible for supporting the Manager in developing the Marketing Strategy for the assigned brand(s), in line with its global image and positioning, ensuring collection of data needed and preparation of materials through the coordination with the different functions.

How you will contribute

·        Collect data, run analysis and prepare dashboards to be shared with the supervisor for the definition of the periodical business review and annual marketing plan, focusing on brands aspects such as: product strategy, market positioning, distribution guidelines, communication strategy, etc.

·        Prepare brand/collection training materials as well as contents for the development of local advertising / promotional plans, based on agreed strategic marketing guidelines.

·        For the assigned brand(s), monitor the business performance, global market insights, consumer trends and competition, in order to provide useful data and inputs to the manager with the aim of assessing growth opportunities;

·        Monitor Mktg budget expenses;

·        Support the manager in the development of the annual collection plan, by providing data and inputs in terms of active and new styles, balancing sales objectives and brand positioning targets;

·        Combine sales analysis, market feedback and brand objectives with the aim of supporting the manager in the preparation of product briefings to be shared with Product Design& Development for the development of the seasonal collection;

·        Collaborate with different functions and with representatives of the Brand(s), with the aim of supporting the Supervisor in managing relationships and achieving the sales and the Brand(s) objectives;

·        Prepare master product knowledge documents in close collaboration with the design and product teams, as well as support Sales teams in presenting new collections and delivering training to the sales force.

Who you are

·        A university graduate in marketing with 2-3 years of experience in the same role, preferably in eyewear, watch & jewellery, beauty & cosmetics, fashion or accessories.

·        With a strong product and fashion sense

·        A dynamic, proactive, flexible and curious individual, committed to teamwork

·        Able to work effectively under pressure

·        Excellent in communicating and building solid relationships

·        With excellent analytical skills

·        Highly organized and details oriented

·        Able to manage reporting and databases

·        An english and italian fluent speaker
