Essential Responsibilities :

? Drive Emerging Care segment business growth. 

? Develop and carry the product strategy and sales execution to deliver the best result in sales performance. 

? Support sales with various activities, like product roadshow, customer training etc.

? Conduct market intelligence to better understand in customer insight and market/competitor dynamics. 

? Create and manage KOL pool and show site. 

? Create effective sales tools for sales team.

Qualifications/Requirements :

? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commercial, or Bioengineering, Clinical & Medicals, Radiography and other related field.

? At least 5 years of solid experience in healthcare industry, taking various commercial roles, with a track record in either Sales or Marketing functions 

? Strong Communication capabilities, including the relationship with KOL and team building (internal and external) 

? Good marketing sense with applied skills 

? Good command of selling skills, including negotiation and communication
