岗位职责
1、负责董事长/总经理日常行程的安排；
2、协调各部门之间关系，监督各部门工作计划的执行。
3、拟定各类文书文件。
4、安排组织和接待各类会议，具有处理日常行政事务的公关能力；
5、协助总经理进行项目谈判，客户的开发及维护；
6、完成上级临时安排或突发性的工作。

任职资格
1、25岁至35岁（男女不限），大专以上学历，三年以上同岗位工作经验；
2、具备深厚的文字功底，文秘、汉语言文学或行政管理等相关专业优先考虑；
3、具有优秀的统筹规划与组织协调能力，善于对各分管职能部门的工作进行督导和协调；
4、具有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力及敏锐的洞察力；反应能敏、思维敏捷、领悟能力强；
5、具备商务谈判技巧，有商务相关工作经验；
6、形象好，稳重，抗压能力强；责任心强，具有很强的独立工作能力及良好的职业道德及素养。
