职位描述

Requirement

Customer Engagement and Category Market Knowledge

  • Communicate with stakeholders/managers
    and understand the customers’ needs & challenges

  • Ensure change management,
    effective communication and alignment with stakeholders

  • Dedicated category market
    research and study, understand market trends and best practice

Category Management and Operation Support


  • Develop local sourcing strategy, manage local sourcing projects in close collaboration with the stakeholders to provide convenient Sourcing Solution and Platform

  • Contract and Price negotiation and drive total cost saving

  • Participate and support global/local sourcing projects and/or Supplier Relationship Management projects, manage local key suppliers and establish local consistent
    collaboration, communication and issue resolution

  • Monitor sourcing project status and supplier performance metrics

  • Optimize supplier enablement in the procurement system (catalogs, contracts, e-business)

Compliance and Risk Control

    Ensure adherence to Procurement Policy/local Procurement SOP’s
  • Develop and manage local contracts and ensure that all contracts are legally
    adequate

Qualifications and Experience

      Master Degree Preferred

      2+ years of Indirect Procurement experience (Facility Management/Administration) Preferred

      Can lead cross-function team/plants projects

      Excellent stakeholders’ management skill

      Good communication skill (EN/CN)

      Fluent English & Mandarin
