Position Summary：

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for providing daily schedule of customer orders and logistics coordination, invoicing by customer requirements, monitoring and controlling shipment operating and logistics performance to meet customer and business requirements. Coordinating with customer to deal with order return, invoice return and expediting etc.
物流专员负责日常客户订单的发运安排和物流协调，根据要求开具发票，控制发运操作和物流绩效满足客户及业务发展，协助内部客户处理退换货，退票和加急等需求。

Job Responsibilities：

?Be responsible for making shipping schedule by coordinating delegated business unit, ensuring to make picking list, execute shipment and arrange logistics in time to meet daily shipping and logistics target.
负责每天与对应业务单位协调及安排订单发运计划并实施，确保每天需要发运的订单按时打出装箱单并安排物流操作，承运商协调等，以满足每天的发运及物流任务达到业务的目标

?Managing CRD/OPD/SSD of orders by customer requirements, ensuring on time shipment and controlling past due backlog. Coordinating to expedite, revise, cancel or postpone orders and reset shipping schedule.
根据公司内外部客户的发运需求，及时更新系统订单需求日期，承诺日期和截止日期，确保准时发运率和未结订单比率。协调客户订单进行加急，修改，取消，延期等操作并重新安排发运计划

?Invoicing and delivering to customer address according to monthly sales recognition, tracking logistics status and managing reverse logistics.
根据当月销售确认的情况，按内外部客户的要求开具发票并寄至要求的地址，并追踪物流状态并管理好逆向物流

?Identifying and implementing cost control by forward selection and on-site coordination in daily operation, ensuring all shipments are under control and driving operational efficiency.
在日常运营中通过承运商选择和现场发运控制来识别和实施成本控制的要求，并确保所有的发运在运输线路的控制规划之内并持续推动运营效率的提高

?Managing logistic suppliers and service providers to support business achievement and continuously improving forwarder’s performance to serve our internal and external customers.
通过对承运商及其他服务提供商的管理，达到业务目标并持续改善供应商绩效来服务于内外部客户

?Ensuring the accuracy of shipping documentation in accordance with all trade compliance regulations.
确保所有发运单据的准确性，一致性，并遵从公司贸易合规的规范

?Ensuring shipping and logistics functions are performed safely and in accordance with EHS procedures.
确保所有的发运和物流活动都确保安全，并于公司的EHS要求相一致

?Managing and controlling other shipping and logistics performance KPI’s.
管理和控制其他赋予的发运和物流绩效指标


Job Requirements:

?College education with at least 2 years’ logistics equivalent experience
大专学历，至少有二年以上物流或订单跟踪相关经验者

?Strong self-management skills, with excellent learning and communication skills
自我管理能力强，有学习力和较强的沟通协调能力

?Experience in moving inbound and outbound freight and leveraging freight consolidation techniques
有进出货物运费整合和控制方面的经验和能力

?Be familiar with Microsoft Office and other ERP system
熟悉办公软件和其他ERP系统的操作

?Proactive and good coordination, can work under high pressure
积极主动，协调能力强，能承受高压力的工作

?Logistic or other supply chain management certified is preferred
有供应链，物流等方面专业认证的优先
