EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. At least 5 years
of procurement experience in construction area.

Candidate with business background
are also considered.

Experience in cost
analysis and strong financial knowledge preferred.

Good PC
/ software and project management knowledge/skills.
