Position: Quality Control Specialist (Retail Finance Dept. – Credit Team)

Summary: Required to control the quality of credit business, find the problem and propose the improve scheme and solutions and ensure the implementation effect of the scheme.

Job Responsibilities

1. Check the quality of credit regular work and formulate/ update variety of inspection and feedback policy.
2. Edit QC report and advance guiding opinions towards the problems, propose the relative improvement measures.
3. Monitor and manage regular QC work.
4. Receive feedback from colleagues of distributors or other departments on the errors of the retail team, review and remedy the errors.
5. Accept the compliance requirements of the regulatory and compliance departments, optimize the relevant processes and reform the system, make business operations meet the regulatory requirements.
6. Other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor or above, major in economics or relevant fields.
2. Preferential considering the candidate with 3-4 years working experience in bank or financial institutions.
3. Familiar with retail credit business process, experience in quality control is preferred.
4. Proficiency in Office software.
5. Logical thinking, strong analysis and innovative capability.
6. Good communication skills and team spirit of cooperation.
7. Strong sense of customer service.

职位:　质检专员（零售金融部-信贷团队）

概况：

该职位要求负责零售信贷团队业务质量检查工作，能够通过质检工作发现问题、提出解决改善方案，并保证方案的最终落地实施效果。

岗位职责：

1.  负责检查信贷团队的日常工作质量，制定并更新各类检查/反馈机制

2.  撰写质检报告，针对质检中发现的问题提供指导性意见，并提出相应的工作改进措施和建议

3.  负责对日常质检工作的监督与管理

4.  接受经销店或其他部门同事对零售信贷团队的差错反馈，并进行差错复查及补救

5.  接受监管部门及合规部门的合规性要求，进行相关流程优化及系统改造，使业务操作符合监管要求

6.  上司安排的其它工作职责

岗位要求：

1.   金融或相关专业本科或以上学位

2.   3-4年银行及金融机构相关工作经验

3.   熟悉零售信贷业务流程，有质检相关工作经验者优先

4.   熟练运用Office办公软件

5.   逻辑思维能力强，具有一定的分析判断能力，善于创新

6.   优秀的沟通和团队合作能力

7.   有较强的客户服务意识
