WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO ?岗位职责：

1. 根据品牌及渠道发展情况，制定电商渠道市场营销规划，负责电商渠道内容优化、品牌传播、广告运营等相关工作执行；

2. 整合品牌、渠道、媒体等多方资源，策划包括产品上市、情人节、双十一等大型营销活动节点方案，并协调推进活动执行；

3. 负责品牌与渠道方欢聚日、超品等大型IP资源方的有效沟通，确保大型联合活动项目顺利推进；

4. 管理电商内容运营团队，有效拓展品牌在渠道内部的内容合作和品牌常规内容输出；

5. 根据业务发展需要，合理设置部门组织结构和岗位，优化业务流程，提升团队效率

WHAT YOU ARE GREAT AT 任职资格：

1. 本科以上学历，3年以上数字营销、电商推广等相关领域工作经验；

2. 具备的关于网站推广、电商推广、品牌营销、社交媒体运营推广等数字媒体营销统筹的成熟理论及经验

3. 对品牌及市场有清晰认知，对目标客群有敏锐洞察，对营销活动如何有效落地执行，如何与目标客群形成有效互动有独到见解

4. 善于并乐于以数据为导向，具备良好的数据分析能力，清晰了解数字营销各项评价指标，结果导向指引工作提升

5. 良好的中英文表达能力

On a trip halfway across the world, founder Filip Tysander met an intriguing British gentleman with impeccable yet unpretentious style. The *** had a particular fondness for wearing his vintage watches on old, weathered NATO straps. Inspired by his new acquaintance, Filip created his own line of watches - minimalist and refined.
The ***’s name? Daniel Wellington.

品牌创始人Filip Tysander在一次环球旅行中遇到一位气质独特穿着考究的英国绅士，他佩戴着的复古手表搭配有着岁月痕迹的尼龙表带。Filip从这样佩戴尼龙表带的方式中获得灵感，并创立了自己的手表品牌 – 设计简约而精致。
