Position: Technical Innovation Supervisor

Job Responsibility

1. Pilot on using new technologies, new methods, new architectures and innovative ways to meet new business requirements, especially in the areas of distributed, high concurrency, large volume, data isolation, system decoupling, data acquisition and data governance;
2. Using advanced technical methodology to optimize legacy systems, responsible for the analysis, diagnosis and trouble-shooting of complex issues;
3. Co-work with the Key business users; Coordinate with different functional departments on all aspects of the system;
4. Deeply understand the company’s relevant requirements for the system and translate the actual business requirements into a workable system implementation;
5. Responsible for finding solutions to system problems; Evaluate the feasibility of technology and business operation; Responding to relevant consultation of business system to ensure the system can fully meet business requirements;
6. Organize information technology innovation research, participate in team building, and share new information technology and industry technology;
7. The construction of innovative technology team to enhance the independent innovation ability of the company;

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 8 years of relevant work experience;
2. Ability of application architecture and business analysis from technical perspective, and has strong ability of identifying technical risks;
3. Familiar with the financial industry, Automotive Finance Industry preferred, understand the industry trends and latest new technology;
4. Familiar with the Frontier technology and financial technology, understand the mainstream architecture and platform; Experience in large-scale project implementation is preferred;
5. Familiar with testing methods, have more than 5 years experience in application optimization and architecture design; Capability of quickly analyze system issues and bottlenecks; Ability to solve the problems efficiently;
6. Good team working and adaptability to environmental change; Experience in team management;
7. Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing;

主要职责

1. 探索新技术，新方法，新架构，用创新的方法解决新的业务需求；尤其是对分布式、高并发、大容量、数据隔离、系统解耦、数据采集、数据治理等方面的技术攻关；
2. 利用先进的技术手段，革新及优化现有的系统，负责复杂问题的分析、诊断、排障；
3. 与系统用户保持密切联系，需要时与不同职能部门就系统各方面工作进行协调；
4. 深刻了解公司相关部门对系统的需求，并将公司实际业务要求转化为系统实施概要；
5. 负责寻求解决系统问题的方案，并且评估技术和业务运营实现的可行性，回复业务系统相关的咨询，确保业务系统能充分满足业务需求；
6. 组织信息技术创新研究，参与贡献团队建设，能够定期分享信息技术及行业前沿技术；
7. 创新技术团队的建设，提升公司信息化建设的自主创新能力

岗位要求

1. 本科及以上学历，8年以上相关工作经历；
2. 具有应用系统架构及从技术角度分析业务的能力，具有很强的技术风险的把握能力和识别能力；
3. 熟悉金融行业，尤其是汽车金融行业，了解行业趋势及最新动态；
4. 熟悉前沿科技金融技术，了解主流技术架构及平台技术，有大型项目实施经验者优先；
5. 熟悉测试方法，对应用优化，架构优化有5年以上的经验，能快速的分析系统问题及瓶颈，高效的解决发现的负责问题；
6. 善于合作，环境变换适应能力强;有团队管理经验；
7. 流利的英语听说读写能力
