Role Summary/Purpose :As Regional S&OP Associate you are an integrator for the global Sales and Operation Planning process. You’ll be leading customer focused horizontal cooperation with senior leaders within the Regional Commercial team, Product P&L’s and Commercial operations to improve key business metrics.

Essential Responsibilities :Our Regional S&OP Associate demonstrates ownership and plays an important part in establishing feedback loops, transparent communication and fair demand and supply matching – facilitating key decision with direct customer impact.Key responsibilities will include:? Own Regional Sales and Operation Planning including Product Categorization processes for the portfolio assigned to him/her? Ensure one strong demand signal is entered in our forecasting tool (Demantra)? Representing the Regional S&OP team in reviews with particular stakeholder ? Ensure KPI target are met? Follow and enforce rigor in executing the S&OP processes within the different team operating within the S&OP ecosystem? Drive and establish, when needed, processes to ensure clear communication around supply & demand within the region ? Identify and lead actions to deliver the S&OP vision through the established framework? Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills, including multi-tasking and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, follow up and attention to details. Adaptable to multiple requests, daily changes and still deliver on commitments.

Qualifications/Requirements :Qualifications/Requirements 1. Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2 years experience in Supply Chain2. Demonstrated process analytical skills/ number savvy including proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint3. High level of rigor to meet the calendar deadlines
