Job Description

1.Interface between customer and company to understand customer expectations and requirements, and maintain good customer relationship

2. Achieve the sales and profit target in BP

3. Responsible for new projects acquisitions to meet company growth target

4. Follow up and supervise new product and new project management

5. Negotiation with customer for commercial topics (annual prices, account receivable), engineering change request and delivery problems, etc.

6. Check customer forecast and confirm correct monthly order

7. Coordination and support of after sales activities and deal with warranty claim compensation

8. Prepare and coordinate customer visit, customer audit

9. Carry out market research and identify potential customers and products to be developed/promoted

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. At least 3 years experience of sales in automotive industry, prior experience working for a large company in a matrix environment
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skill, good teamwork spirit, self-motive, result-oriented and energetic.
4. Personal credibility / integrity
5. Travel frequently
6. CET-4 or above, fluent English, German is plus
