Main Responsibilities:

Support in implementing the CMS in APAC in close and trustworthy cooperation with the Compliance Officer APAC

Coordination of Compliance work with KUKA counterparts abroad, especially close cooperation with the Compliance department at KUKA headquarters Augsburg, Germanyt

Serving as a confidential point of contact for Chinese speaking employees to seek clarification on issues or dilemmas or report irregularities

Assisting in the analyses of Compliance risks in APAC and in elaborating countermeasures.

Support in the investigation of Compliance allegations and issues

Maintaining documentation of Compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation out-comes, with utmost diligence

Support in the coordination, participation and follow-up of local Compliance trainings for employees (both digital and on-site); Helping to increase awareness of Compliance (i.a., through different communication channels)

Requirements；

fully aware of the importance for KUKA to obey the applicable laws, internal policies and other regula-tions and the potential consequences of non-compliance

focused and motivated to actively contribute to raising awareness and maintaining Compliance as a crucial factor in KUKA’s daily business

Bachelor's degree or above

a Chinese native speaker, Fluent in both written and spoken English

have good organizational and communication skills and enjoy working with different groups of stake-holders

follow a proactive and pragmatic approach, have a working attitude characterized by high self-motivation, great diligence and quick comprehension

able to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment related to sensitive matters
