职位描述
岗位职责：
1．负责天猫国际店铺的整体运营与日常管理工作，达成店铺销售目标；
2．管理TP，并一起制定和落实线上店铺月度、季度、年度整体运营和营销规划；
3．根据平台、品牌、节日等波段策划营销活动，活动跟踪、异常处理、活动总结及改进；
4．协调商品/物流/设计等部门，注意店铺的各个环节，保证店铺的综合体验分；
5．与平台行业、各个活动频道的对接，保证良好的活动配合及维持一定的关系。
职位要求：
1．本科及以上学历,必须有天猫运营经验3年以上，其中至少1年的天猫国际运营经验；
2．较强的计划执行能力、沟通协调能力；
3．了解天猫国际的各个环节，包括不限于运营规则/仓储物流等；
4．市场和数据敏感度高，能根据产品的生命周期、节庆因素、竞争对手因素策划并执行活动；
5．有至少千万级别店铺运营的经验。
