职位描述
岗位职责:
1.Design non-standard fixtures in manufacturing process;
2.Design and Improve the production line layout , reasonably plan the flow of people, logistics and reduce the waste of handling or walking
3.Work with R&D in new product designing and provide manufacturability analysis;
4.Promote standardization and modularization in production line;
5.Support on anlalysis and problem-solving for complicated quality issues;
6.Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
任职资格:
1.Must have a minimum of 6 years professional experience in industrial engineering. 2.Be familiar with the production system and QM tools. 3.At least 3 years designing experience on fixtures or facilites. 4. Be able to analyze and understand complex mechatronic products and processes quickly, must have a deep understanding of manufacturing and assembly methods.
