JOB PURPOSE:
-Initiate and lead the Distribution related projects aiming for implementing, upgrading and optimizing Distribution activities or other project that assigned to
-Co-lead or contribute to project or activities that requires Supply Chain ‘s expertise and knowledge
-Developing excellence platform for Supply Chain function
-Collaborating across internal functions, stakeholders and the appropriate regions

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-Responsible for the planning, implementation and P&L of the overall project operation assigned to
-Drive project initiation, presentation, high level reporting
-Responsible for the mining, configuration, integration and management of project resources
-Coordination of various departments involved in projects and drive execution of project plan
-Able to rapidly assess opportunities, develop a compelling vision that will enable best solution for business situation
-Responsible for the management and evaluation of the project team
-Provides support to Operational manager so as to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time
serve as a resource to conduct research and benchmark, resolve supply chain issues by providing individual expertise while leveraging both internal and external resources
职位要求：
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
-Bachelor degree, MBA or advanced will be a plus
-Major in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administration or other related areas
Experience & knowledge:
-Minimum 8 years experience in Supply chain /Business analysis/ Project management/ Consultant preferably in a high growth MNC
-Broad knowledge and deep understanding about contract logistics, transportation, management skills, business practices and strategic judgement in applying policies and adapting standard practices to accomplish goals.
-Advanced PPT and project management tools and techniques
-Background in supply chain, logistics, Distribution in within China is a must. Experience in Pharma industry in China would be a “plus”.
Core competencies:
-Proven project management ability, organization and problem solving skills, competence to drive large complex initiatives throughout a distribution organization.
-Networking, negotiation skill, ability to influence upwards and make recommendations for changes.
-Demonstrate Project management/process improvement skills
-Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. SAP knowledge would be a plus.
-Self motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment
-Open minded, learning agile and well-receptive to the way Sanofi is operation
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in Chinese and English.
