工作职责:

？ Work with the head of DMPK to oversee the operation of the ADME group, including managing and developing team leaders and key scientists, keeping all major assays operational with high standards, developing and validating new in vitro ADME assay. Supervise major projects to satisfy client’s quality and timeline requirements.

？ Be expected to have good knowledge of business environment and competitive situation and establish and maintain relationship with the company’s clients and develop business of WuXi DMPK.

？ Strong communication skills; Be required to effectively communicate and interface within WuXi DMPK (Shanghai, US) and with other department to grow business and obtain synergy.

？ Assist to the head of DMPK to improve operation process, quality and efficiency of the in vitro ADME assays.

？ Promote WuXi DMPK brand through high quality scientific presentation and/or publications and develop new technologies to maintain high level of scientific achievement for the company.

？ Allocate resource to projects, define responsibility and performance review criteria. Provide performance feedback and career coaching to team members.

任职资格:

？ >10 years industrial experience in CYP or transporter-mediated in vitro DDI or in vitro ADME research

？ Must have experience in managing in vitro drug metabolism or ADME lab and conducting CYP inhibition, induction or phenotyping assays. Experience in in vitro transporter experiments is plus.

？ Must have solid knowledge in regulatory guidances in DDI.

？ Must have good track record in managing scientists and project management.

？ Must be trained in or have experience with common in vitro ADME and/or DDI assays.

？ PhD degree in a science discipline with experience or training in drug metabolism, enzyme kinetics, CYP enzymes and/or transporters.

？ Great insight for business growth;

？ Great ability to cooperate with other departments
