Sanofi IA Information system - Site Shanghai - CHINA - Department Information System
You are in charge of the SAP ERP local project part.
The SAP is designed for manufacturing processes, call ATHENA. Roll-out projects are done locally in Asia pacific Japan industrial sites.
Your will report to ERP APJ Program director, based in Shanghai, industrial central IS department.

Each roll-out project will be defining according to the long range planning (LRP) in Asia Pacific Japan region, according to budgets and requirements. The solution is a global template where any localization must be balanced by the project leader at local level, explaining how to use it properly in local site context.
Modules perimeter is: Production, Logistics, Quality, Supply chain, Controlling and interfaces according to the Global SAP template.
Leading of projects, operational synchronization with global team, external partners and project time respect in the local context will be an important part of the job, focusing on data and change management as main contributions.

Principal's objectives are:
COMMUNICATION AND RELATION WITH USERS:
- Communicate about Athena Solution process functionalities and planning in Asia pacific Japan
- Ensure project reporting with stakeholders and global actors
- Manage project committee
- Ensure ATHENA model process understandable at local level and lead common practice as a first solution

COMMUNICATION AND RELATION WITH IS COMMUNITY:
- Coach user and drive application evolution decision requested, identified during project to platform committee
- Ensure locally all global template predesigned configurations, included interfaces models with partner's applications

LOCAL PROJECT LEADER:
- organize project scoping and workload evaluation, cost and planning at local level,
- build budget and follow up,
- Secure those projects are executed in compliance with IS Sanofi Methodology (PUMA), GxP guidelines and procedures
- manage and adapt partners, IS and business, collect expected requirements, follow-up commitments,
- identify and anticipate risks, manage solutions proposals,
- lead project next steps keeping cost / quality / time balance,
- Focus on user impact management with Sanofi methodology (Declic) at local level
- Focus on Master Data project stream at local level accordingly to global templates

MAINTENANCE and SUPPORT on boarding:
- Manage corrective maintenance and evolution after go-live with the project team, according to the project scope
- Manage and lead the Application, Maintenance and support definition update and required documentation during onboarding period with support teams
- Define and prioritize user's requirements identified during project but out of scope, and first solution proposal after go-live
- Define SLA and OLA impacts occurred by the project.

LOCAL PROJECT TEAM MANAGEMENT:
- Set up all resources required locally to delivery successfully the project
- Organize and manage local project team daily activities, as global template expert representatives
- Settle information channel and spirit at team level and with other IS teams partner members
- Manage local project committee

Qualifications and Work Experience
- A relevant Master Degree in Technology, Engineering or Business Administration
- +5 years' experience with Project Management from an international company
- SAP knowledge (not an expert) in a way which makes you understand the business processes being transformed into SAP solutions
- Solid business understanding and knowledge in Industrial controlling, Supply chain, logistic and manufacturing (one or more of these areas)
- Pharmaceutical experience
- Experience managing team
- Fluent in English both orally and written. Optional: French, Chinese and/or Japan as a real benefit
