SAP expert (Focus on "Controlling/Interface interaction ")

Regional SAP "Controlling & interface interaction" expert will be integrated in Asia Pacific & Japon (APJ) IS-ERP team . This position is formally called "Solution Functional Expert (SFE)" inside sanofi IS organization. As having a strong background of SAP knowledge and Sanofi SAP solution functionalities, SFE will play an important role in ensuring IS SAP/ERP strategy in APJ.
This position will report to ERP APJ Program director for Industrial IS department, based in Shanghai.


Responsibilities
1. Project Roll-out
- Understand the SAP solution functionalities and play as a domain expert (finance , controlling , report conciliation) in different phases of a project roll-out life cycle .
- Study , evaluate , analysis and identify the users requirements , help the project team in the scope definition, specification identification, validation plan..etc
- Work closely with local user project team to predesign the configuration and interface models in order to be compliant with business partners' applications .
- Setup the process with local users to meet the best balance between the global solution template and local business context.
- Collect the Bug/issue/evolution from the plants and to escalate to project or other team as per sanofi methodology.
- Define data strategy collection and adjust template, control data before upload

2. Support-Evolution
- Contribution to User requirements, to Regional user request prioritization and perform impact analysis (vs ERP solution) as well as Global functional design
- Ensure the 2nd level support to meet the SLA target
- Work closely with corresponding SAP expert from global team .With the first period of support from global team ,"SFE" should grow up as APJ regional knowledge center and ensure maximum autonomy in the project delivery and operation support.
- As a regional knowledge center, "SFE" should carry the training to the SAP site key user/users (1st level) within the BU APJ to optimize the daily support interaction.

Qualification
- A related bachelor degree in finance, business administration or related.
- Have good knowledge/practice for SAP FICO modules at least for 3 years(or practice as FICO key users). Have strong knowledge of cross domain issues and heard of other modules like SD/MM/PP etc
- Have good understanding in business process, especially in Finance/controlling area. Previous experience as finance analyst , controller or accounting will be appreciated.
- Heard of project management method and some related skills, like specification document, test cases and similar knowledge for an ERP project.
- Good communication with different roles: like project leader, Users leader, key users(Site or regional controller )or SFE in other domain...etc.
- Good in Chinese/English writing and reading
- Experience in pharmaceutical is welcome.
- Have analytical attitude ,Team player , quick learner, good listener
- Can accept some travels as we are in a region context.
