岗位职责：

1、负责公司所有品牌在广州地区母婴渠道的整体销售管理工作；

2、制定年度销量计划，合理分配区域销售任务；

3、渠道的开发和维护，重点客户的跟进，按月完成月度销售目标；

4、市场的管理，包括终端形象活化、价格管理、陈列的管理、导购培训和产品铺市的管理等；

5、各类促销活动的规划和执行，并进行活动效果的评估。

6、收集及反馈其它竞争对手信息；

7、公司领导交代的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、大学专科及以上学历，有母婴渠道或快消品行业2年以上销售工作经验者优先；

2、具有独立客户开拓能力、谈判能力及一定的动销策划能力；

3、吃苦耐劳、执行力强；

4、工作地点：广州。
