3. Internal referral Management;

4. Campus recruitment;

5. Headcount management;

6. Recruiting budget forecast and management;

7. Job description management.

Other responsibilities

1. Business partner for certain departments;

2. Probation management;

3. Other assignments and projects directed by human resource Manager and Staffing Supervisor Educational and Qualification Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree holder or above degree holder;

2. Over 4 years working experience in related areas;

3. Fluent in English and Chinese, both in oral and written.
